Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Within Australia
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the delivery service selected.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight and available shipping options.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and do not include order-processing time.
International Shipping
EWA Clothing & Apparel ships to selected international destinations.
Estimated international delivery after dispatch is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery provider.
International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, processing fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless they are clearly shown and collected at checkout.
Where additional customs or import charges apply, they are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking the customs requirements of your destination country before placing an order.
Preorder Items
Selected products may be available for preorder before their official release or restock date. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Please note that preorder dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to production, manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside our direct control. We will notify affected customers if there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch timeframe.
When an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, the entire order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available.
To receive in-stock products earlier, please place preorder and in-stock products in separate orders. Separate shipping charges may apply.
Large or Heavy Orders
Orders containing multiple items or heavier products may be classified as a large or heavy order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total packaged weight, parcel dimensions and delivery destination.
Where an order cannot be shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout, we may contact you to discuss an alternative shipping option or any additional delivery charges before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active and display updated information from the delivery provider.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details
Please check your name, delivery address, postcode and contact details carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@ewaclothingapparel.com.au. We will make reasonable efforts to update your information before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping costs may apply where an order must be redirected or resent because incorrect or incomplete delivery details were provided at checkout.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, incorrectly addressed or unable to be delivered, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request for the parcel to be resent. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by EWA Clothing & Apparel.
Authority to Leave and Safe-Drop Deliveries
Where an authority-to-leave or safe-drop service is selected or provided by the delivery carrier, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.
Please ensure the nominated location is secure. Responsibility for the parcel may pass to the customer once the carrier records the parcel as delivered, subject to the customer’s rights under applicable consumer law.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information before contacting us. You can email admin@ewaclothingapparel.com.au with your order number, and we will assist with investigating the delivery.
Where there is a significant delay, we will provide available updates and work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the matter.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at admin@ewaclothingapparel.com.au.
