Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Australia: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, product launches and public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Preorders

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate dispatch. This helps you secure your preferred size and style before the product becomes available.

How long do preorders take?

Preorder items are expected to be dispatched within 4–6 weeks unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Change-of-mind preorder cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation may not be available once order processing, stock allocation, production, packing or shipping preparation has started.

For international customers, please note that processing times, production timelines and shipping arrangements may vary depending on your location. Once an international preorder has been processed or prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any consumer protections that may apply in your country. If we are unable to supply your item within the stated timeframe or within a reasonable period, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution.

What happens if my order includes preorder and in-stock items?

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock products, all items will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. To receive in-stock products sooner, please place a separate order.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, our team will advise you of the available options.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email our customer support team with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange and the reason for your request.

Are sale items refundable?

Sale items and limited-release products are final sale unless they are faulty or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide provided on the relevant product page before placing your order. Product descriptions may also include additional fit information.

Are your products true to size?

Most items are designed to fit true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. For a more relaxed or oversized look, consider selecting a larger size where appropriate.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some products may be restocked, while limited-release collections may not return. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our updates to stay informed about upcoming releases and restocks.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure payment options supported by Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system. EWA Clothing Apparel does not store your full payment details.
